Registration Fees are listed below which includes a $50 Fundraiser Fee per player that can be earned back through the participation of fundraisers this seaon.
Registration can be paid via Cheque or E-Transfer. All information regarding E-transfer such as the email address and answer to your secret question will be on your registration confirmation email receipt. Please read carefully. Your child will not be considered registered until the association receives your payment in full.

NOTE: Players that are using sponsorship will not be considered registered until they provide proof of sponsorship by photo or letter from the sponsor (or application)

OTHER FEES AND DEPOSITS
All First year players are eligible for a player stick with registration - please contact our president Sarah at crmlapresident@gmail.com with any questions
All Players who declare with a team will recieve shorts with registration please indicate a general size of your player so we can pre order.
- Jersey deposit - $100 for divisions u7-u11 and $200.00 for divisions u13-u17 (post dated cheque to be given to Team Manager before jerseys are handed out). You will receive your cheque back once the jerseys are returned in good condition at the end of the season. If jerseys are not returned or are damaged, your cheque will be cashed.
- N.S.F. cheque handling fee of $25.00
REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the CRMLA Registrar, Desiarae Mutch. A $50.00 processing fee will apply to all refunds.
- Full refund less a $50 Admin fee prior to February 24th and have not attended any Back to box, learn to play or practice sessions
- Full refund less BCLA fee (TBC, was $46 in 2023) and a $50 Admin fee from February 25th to March 31 or if you have participated in any practices or Back to the Box sessions prior to February 24th.
- Refunds after March 31 only for medical/injury reasons. Must be accompanied by a doctor’s note and will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Executive.
- Please allow 30 days for processing.
